Brad Beh is an experienced sales and development manager with a strong track record of delivering and selling out successful projects over the past 29 years. Brad has specialised in infill land subdivisions, townhouse and apartment projects across Brisbane over the past 20 years. As Partner / General Manager of Ekko Point Properties (2008 – 2018), Brad was responsible for the delivery, sale and settlement of over 500 allotments, townhouses and apartments totalling in excess of $260M. Prior to setting up Bramick, Brad consulted to Gallery Group delivering and selling out a number of successful land subdivisions across SEQ.
